7. No-Refund Policy
- Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), will be charged the full service fee. This policy applies to all services, including consultations, on-site visits, or virtual sessions. This ensures that scheduled time, resources, and staff availability are honored.
- Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable.
- By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that refunds will not be issued.
